We are looking for a talented lawyer, likely to be in the early-to-mid-stages of their legal career, though we welcome applications from those wishing to return from a career break and are willing to consider appropriate flexibility and adjusted working arrangements for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will have experience of disputes (be that litigation, white-collar crime or regulatory) and an understanding of, or interest in, the challenges faced by leading organisations and individuals when they hit problems. An understanding of defamation, privacy and data protection law is useful but not essential.
The role will involve a diverse range of clients and work, so you should have strong communication, drafting and research skills. Because you will have frequent contact with clients you should have good or emergent client management skills and be comfortable communicating complicated concepts in clear and comprehensible language. An interest in developing your personal network, personal reputation and business development skills will stand you in good stead to advance quickly.
Language skills and a desire to travel are an advantage, IT skills are essential.
